Adria Mart User Guide
This User Guide is intended to help users understand how to shop on the AdriaMart platform, including the ordering process, payment method, delivery arrangements, and after-sales support.
This User Guide is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual agreement.
Users’ rights and obligations are governed by the Terms & Conditions.
1. Shopping Process
The general shopping process on AdriaMart is as follows:
Browse products and select the items you wish to purchase
Add products to your cart and submit your order
Enter and confirm your delivery information
Wait for delivery and complete payment upon receipt
2. Product Types
2.1 In-Stock Products
- In-stock products are usually shipped from local warehouses or partner retail locations
- Orders will be processed and dispatched after confirmation
2.2 Pre-Order Products
- Some products may be offered as pre-order items
- The estimated shipping date for pre-order products will be clearly stated on the product detail page
- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the indicated delivery timeframe
3. Payment Method
Currently, AdriaMart supports Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Payment must be made in cash to the delivery personnel at the time the goods are delivered
A paper invoice will be provided together with the goods, in accordance with applicable legal requirements
4. Delivery and Receipt
- Orders will be arranged for shipment after confirmation
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on product type, stock availability, and logistics arrangements
- Users are advised to inspect the external packaging upon receipt of the goods
5. Refusal / Unclaimed Orders
An order may be considered unsuccessful if any of the following occurs:
The recipient cannot be contacted
The recipient refuses to accept the order
The order is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier or pickup location
In such cases:
The goods will be returned to the seller
Any delivery or return-related costs may be borne by the user
These situations are not considered an exercise of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
6. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations:
Users may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason
Returned goods must be unused, in good condition, with original packaging, accessories, and invoice included
Return shipping costs for withdrawals without cause are generally borne by the user
7. Exchanges and Product Issues
If a product:
Is damaged during transport
Has a quality defect
Does not match the order
Please contact customer support and provide:
Your order number
Photos of the product
A brief description of the issue
After verification, AdriaMart will arrange a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable rules.
8. Invoice Information
- All orders are accompanied by a paper invoice issued by the merchant
- Users are advised to keep the invoice for their records
9. Account and Information Security
Users may place orders either as registered users or as guests
Registered users may view order history and manage personal information through their account
Currently, AdriaMart supports the following login methods:
Login using registered email and password
Login using a Google account
Login using a Facebook account
Users may reset their account password using the password recovery function provided by the platform.
AdriaMart takes reasonable measures, in accordance with applicable laws, to protect users’ personal information.
